Tips & Tricks – The Holiday Ninja

Is it me, or does it seem like every holiday this year is sneaking up earlier than expected?  Kind of like some festive, stealthy ninja?  Well, I certainly feel that way, and Christmas seems to have exceptional ninja skills this year.  I can’t believe that we’re less than two weeks away!  That realization kind of feels like a ninja star to the back.  Yikes!  (Okay, okay, I’ll stop the cheesy ninja references..)

So, if you haven’t had the chance (or better said – TIME), to get in the holiday mood.  You still have 12 days left, and here are THREE EASY WAYS to appease the Christmas ninja that seems to be sneaking up on everyone this year (…sorry, I had to put in just one more!)!

1. EVERGREEN

There’s nothing like a little bit of evergreen to bring a festive spirit to your interior.  Is your space too small for a large tree?  Try a smaller topiary style.  But evergreen doesn’t stop at the standard Christmas tree!  You can use it for everything from table decor to party favors.  Here are some of my favorite ideas:

2. GARLAND

Let your personality shine through with this one!  Take the traditional route with an evergreen or holly berry garland, or try something different with a paper or felt variety.  I love seeing some of the creative places to hang it too (Hung in vertical pieces from the ceiling = awesome!).  Sky’s the limit on this one…  (In fact, there were SO many that I loved – you’ll have to check them all out on my Pinterest board here!)
